More and more research , comes up with the conclusion that exercise not only reduces the growth of arthritic problems but it also strengthens muscle, lowers blood pressure and improves breathing . Thus bringing a number, of additional health benefits. Westminster Council provided the equipment, which is manufactured in Denmark. Being made of stainless steel they look like a Lowry exhibition.

Over 55's Face Years of Extra Work
One in five will have to work at least Part Time until their 70,s. Their dreams of a relaxed retirement, spending time with their grandchildren shattered. When asked as to why they had opted for continuing work. 60% stated financial considerations. A quarter of them still having a mortgage, a further quarter having less than £2,000 in savings, the remainder having nothing in reserve. Taken as a whole, when all their assets and debts were taken into consideration, only 13% were worth more than £100,000.
A separate report indicated that very few knew what retirement income to expect. Most expecting in excess of £15,000 when the average is £6,000. A statement by:;- Lynda Whitney - Consultant - Hewitt Associates.

Fun starts at 50? Forget it.

An article by Sandra Parsons of th Daily Mail States:-
That most people over fifty are deeply stressed, being worried about not only their own future but also that of their famillies. Most still have a morgage and worry about the possibilitie of being made redundant. More at http://www.enjoy-your-retirement.com/
Where Do we Go From Here? (Extracted from Micab's Obsevations )
Is anyone interested in the future of this country? We have had David Cameron and Nick Clegg using fine words in order to get elected. Statements like. "We joined forces for the good of the country so that we can sought out this apalling mess" All they seem to be interested in is feathering their own nest. Particularly "Clegg" who's only interest seems to be in getting his Liberal ideals adopted.
At no time has anyone pointed out the size of this DEBT that we will have to erradicate at some point.
I think that nobody knows just, HOW BIG IT IS.
Meanwhile the opposition this incompetent miss match, of miss fits, behave as if they have had no input into this mess that they have left behind. Promising who ever they meet, what they will give them should they be re ellected. This is how we got into this situation in the first place. This is Labour Legacy."Run up the Debt, let someone else sought out the mess, so that they stop all the flack. Because in order to do so they will have had to adopt some unpopular measures.
So what happens? Labour gets re ellected and we start all over again.
COME ON! David Cameron and Nick Clegg lets get our priorities right let the people who ellected you the decent people of this country and the spongers, know to what extent Labour has burdened us.
So we all know just why these unpopular measures are being taken and who is to blame. Pensioner, redundant and those who are unable to work are particularly worried. http://www.enjoy-your-retirement/ .com attempts to keep them up to date.

Pension payouts plunge
Pension payouts are continuing to slide, inflicting more gloom on those approaching retirement.
A 60 year old man with a pot of £100,000 will get an annual income of £6,180 from the best annuity from Saga.
Last year he would have got £260.00 more.
Smokers have been the hardest hit along with those with medical conditions. Much of this has been brought about by the fall in gilt prices and is being exasperated by the Greek economic crisis. Along with the trend of increasing life expectancy

National Governments World wide are in a state of panic. More money havng to be found for pensions, healthcare and leisure activities.Already retireing age is being increased and pensions frozen, will this be enough?
